First Spring Meet bring 7th place for Women

The Moose trekked out of the Central Maine woods on a cold and windy day to the SNHU Spring Invite for the first meet of the season. The Moose saw three school records fall in succession. Maurice Hodge started off the day breaking his own school record in the long jump with a leap of 5.94m (19' 6''). Gabe Roig launched the Javelin into a blustery headwind to not just break the old school record once but twice with a new school record of 46.80 (153' 6"). Cole Martin rounded out the record breaking day setting the pole vault mark at 3.35m (10'11.75"). The men's team placed 5th overall out of 7 scoring teams while the women placed 7th. The Moose travel to Bowdoin College next Saturday April 9th..
