Rain holds off for Moose to compete at Monks Invitational
The Moose trekked south to compete at the Monks Invitational hosted by Saint Joseph's College where the rain clouds held off long enough for some great competition. On the men's side Cole Martin placed 2nd overall by clearing 3.55m. The Moose made the podium two more times with Gabe Roig placing 4th in the javelin and Maurice Hodge placing 8th in the long jump. Pacing the men to an 11th place showing out of 14 scoring teams. Maurice Hodge set personal bests in the 100m and 200m dashes to follow up his long jump performance. The women's team was led by Hannah Harris running a season best in the 100m and a personal best in the 200m. The Moose next competed in their final meet of the season, the USCAA/YSCC Championships held in Albany, NY on 4/30/22.
