Strong 4th Quarter Push Moose to Victory

South Portland, ME – UMA women's basketball improves to 7-2 after a win against Springfield Tech in South Portland Sunday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED

The Moose faced a strong Springfield Tech (6-3) that had a significant size advantage but this did not stop UMA from holding the lead for the majority of the game. The Moose outrebounded the Rams 51-38 despite the size mismatches with Autumn Sudsbury leading the Moose with 14 total rebounds. The Moose shot 38.6% from the floor going on to win 64-53 in this neutral site contest.
