Moose Finish Fourth in Ed Hockenbury Classic

In the consolation game, Dean and Maine-Augusta locked horns in a closely contested game during the first half. The Moose led early before Dean took control throughout the middle of the opening half building a 10-point lead. UMA battled back to tie the game at 43-43 with 1:12 remaining and then stole the ball with just 11 seconds left and scored as time expired to earn a 49-47 lead at the break. 

Dean's offense erupted for 61 second-half points as they shot 46 percent from the field and outrebounded UMA 35-19 in the closing half. The Bulldogs used that momentum to take control and claim the consolation game with a 109-83 victory.
