Morey leading Moose after day one of Maine Intercollegiate Golf Championships

Bangor, MAINE - Freshman Connor Morey (Deer Isle, Maine) leads the Moose with a score of 86 after the first day of the Maine Intercollegiate Championships at the Bangor Municipal Golf Course. Morey is tied for 27th overall out of the field of 55 golfers.

Junior Jesse Libby (Oakland, Maine) sits in second place for the Moose with a score of 88, tied for 32nd overall.

Porter Gervais of Husson University leads the field with a 69, the only golfer to finish the first day under par.
